Privacy policy

What it must say
- What is collected — name, email, phone, suburb, and anything written in the message.
- Why — solely to respond to the enquiry and arrange the work.
- Where it goes — straight to [Business Name]'s email inbox. It is not stored on this website.
- Who else sees it — the form service that delivers the message, and no one else. It is never sold or shared.
- How long it is kept, and how someone can ask to see or correct what is held about them.
- How to get in touch about any of the above.
